Whistleblowing at Early Bird

Early Bird aims to operate to high ethical standards. You can report serious actual or suspected misconduct through our secure whistleblowing channel, including anonymously.

Who can report?

Employees, volunteers, trainees, active shareholders, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and other people who learned about misconduct through a work-related context may report. Former and prospective workers are also covered.

What can be reported?

The channel is for serious misconduct in the public interest. You do not need proof, but the report must be made in good faith. Do not include sensitive personal data unless it is necessary to describe the matter.

What happens after a report?

Cases are initially handled independently. You receive a 16-digit code for the encrypted chat. Save it securely and sign in regularly. You should receive confirmation within seven days and feedback about follow-up within three months.
