Two Swedish homes in the dawn light

Why choose Home to Home?

Three steps from your flow to the customer's mailbox or door, without the recipient needing to be present at a specific time.

  1. Labelless collection directly from home

The sender never needs to print a label or visit a service point. When booking, the sender receives a unique code to write on the parcel, which is then placed in the mailbox or by the door. An Early Bird carrier collects it during the night.

  2. Nordic Swan Ecolabelled delivery

Early Bird Home to Home carries the Nordic Swan Ecolabel – an independent ecolabel that sets stringent requirements for climate impact, sustainability and responsibility throughout the delivery chain. Home to Home is climate-smart, without compromising on speed or convenience.

  3. Book until 22:00

The sender can book collection until 22:00 and have the parcel collected that same night, up to six days a week depending on the area.

Dawn light over Swedish nature

It all began with newspaper carriers

What is Home to Home?

Home to Home is Early Bird's service for deliveries between individuals, ideal for second-hand marketplaces that want to offer a convenient experience for both sellers and buyers. The parcel is collected without a label directly from the sender during the night and delivered all the way to the recipient's door or mailbox. As with our other services, parcels travel with newspaper carriers along routes that are already running, allowing vehicles and resources to be used more efficiently. Collection can be booked until 22:00 for collection that same night, and the parcel can be tracked throughout. Convenient, secure and sustainable.
